Summary
I spent the last 5 years as Technical Project Manager. After delivering multiple enterprise initiatives I am looking for my next challenge.
I have vast experience in large scale transformation programs as well as software delivery in all formats. My strenght is leading the change management exceptionally well, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
I am bringing severe hands onexperience with tools and scripts to accelerate delivery. My technical knowledge makes me invaluable in "rare" moments when there are not enough people on the project.
My can do attitude is sufficient both for startup-like environments as well as large enterprise organizations.
During the past few months, I am building couple of side projects - to upskill and keep up with AI and other new tech.

Side Projects
In my out of office hours I am building a tech community hub at dimitarsfriends.slack.com. I lead the exchange of useful content around AI practices as well as supporting people in finding jobs, projects and opportunities. Additionally, I am passtionate about big data analysis and python scripting, have build a quantitative trading system - its just a great way to learn new tech. Right now I kicked off my latest Side project "From Zero to SaaS in 10 days", which already proves to be amazing learning experience.
